They were around in the 80’s too. Don’t know what kind of info you’re looking for. Just a typical DIY garage punk band. I hung around Mikes garage off and on. Was a blast. Lots of backyard shows. Lots of keggers. This show (the one the flyer was for) Mike beat the shit out of some gangster. Jumped off the stage and mauled him. But, from what I hear, the dude found out where Mike lived and they rolled deep and stomped everyone like a year later. I moved a while after Aaron (original drummer) left. But I guess things just fell off after a while.
In 1988/87 My band wanted to try to get exposure, We had practiced at Trojan because of cost. We found they had a room with a stage…We got together with a few bands our friends knew, and Gordo and the Radioactive Enchiladas had their first “real” show. I believe Faca value played but I’m not sure..I had a copy of their demo tape that I really liked, but somehow got copied over by our bands practice recording. “Against the wall” played as well. Those were days of yore, much better than like it is now.

Anyone have info on hardcore band Up-Roar from Long Beach area in early 1990s? Had a friend named Ken who was in the band.
